Do I need to order in advance?

We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot, especially during busy periods. However, we also offer same-day delivery and collection services where possible — just give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

What areas do you cover?

We supply and deliver concrete across the West Midlands and more. If you’re unsure whether we cover your location, just get in touch and we’ll let you know – or visit our ‘Areas Covered’ page.

What are your delivery hours?

We deliver 7 days a week, with early morning, evening, and even out-of-hours deliveries available. Contact our team to book a slot that suits your schedule.

Do you deliver on weekends or bank holidays?

Yes, we can deliver concrete on Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays by arrangement. Advanced booking is recommended to ensure availability.

Is there a minimum order?

We can supply both small and large loads, with no strict minimum volume. Whether you need half a cubic metre or a full fleet of deliveries, we’re happy to help.

How long do I have to offload the concrete?

We allow up to 45 minutes per delivery for offloading. If you need more time or have a large or complex pour, let us know in advance so we can schedule accordingly.

Can you pump the concrete?

Absolutely. We offer concrete pumping using a ground line pump. Pumping makes it easier, faster, and cleaner to place concrete exactly where it’s needed.

What if I need a specific mix design?

We can tailor your concrete to specific mix requirements, including strength, slump (consistency), additives, and curing time. Just let us know your spec when you book.

Do you supply concrete for domestic projects?

Yes! We regularly work with homeowners, self-builders, and DIYers. Whether you’re building a driveway, shed base, or an extension, we make the process simple and stress-free — and we’re happy to guide first-time customers.

Collecting Concrete

Can I collect concrete from you?

Yes! We offer a same-day concrete collection service from our batching plant. It’s ideal for small jobs, urgent needs, or customers who prefer to handle their own transport. Contact us for directions and availability.

Quantities & Payment

How much concrete do I need?

To calculate how much concrete you’ll need, measure the length, width, and depth of your pour area in metres, then multiply these together to get the volume in cubic metres. Not sure? Give us a call — we’re happy to help you work it out, or try our concrete calculator.

What happens if I order too much concrete?

With volumetric concrete, you only pay for what you use. Our trucks batch the mix on-site, so there’s no waste and no overpaying — you get the flexibility to adjust the quantity as needed.
