2. Service Overview

GB Concrete provides professional concreting services for commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Our services include the delivery of concrete mixtures to specified locations.

3. Pricing

Pricing for GB Concrete services is dependent on the volume of concrete ordered and the distance from our concrete production site to the delivery location. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, and all invoices will be issued based on the prevailing rates at the time of order placement.

4. Volume Discounts

GB Concrete offers volume discounts for larger orders. Please contact our sales team for a customised quote for significant or recurring projects.

5. Order Placement

Orders can be placed via the website and through our office number. All orders are subject to acceptance by GB Concrete, and we reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon delivery unless credit terms have been pre-approved by GB Concrete. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and bank transfers. Waiting time will be charged at £22.50+VAT per 15 minutes on site.

7. Delivery

Delivery dates and times are scheduled based on distance and availability. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and meets all safety requirements for the unloading of concrete. Additional charges may apply for waiting times or delays caused by the customer.

8. Cancellation and Changes

Customers may cancel or make changes to an order by providing notice to GB Concrete at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.

9. Quality and Acceptance

Upon delivery, customers are responsible for inspecting the concrete for quality and quantity. Any discrepancies or issues must be reported to GB Concrete immediately. Once the concrete is accepted and unloaded, GB Concrete is not liable for any defects or issues.

10. Liability

GB Concrete is not liable for any damages or losses, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use of our concreting services.

11. Compliance with Laws

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local regulations related to the use of concrete on their projects.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

GB Concrete reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Customers are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms and conditions.
